How to Change Your Mailing Address with Bank of America Online

Go the Bank of America website. Double-check the page you're on to make sure you are at the official Bank of America website before entering any personal information.

Sign in using your account log-in user name in the upper left hand side of the home page, directly under the Bank of America logo. Click "Sign In." Click on "Sign-in help/options" if further assistance is needed for retrieving a forgotten user name.

View the "Your SiteKey" image presented above the pass code log in. The image is a cartoon of an animal you selected when setting up your account at a Bank of America office. If the image is not your site key, do not enter your password and check again the URL of the website you are on. If correct, enter your pass code in the designated box. Click "Sign In."

Scroll down the "Personal Accounts" page to the "Customer Service" section at the bottom of the website. Select "Update street address and/or phone number" under the "Your Profile" sub-section.

Select the sections you wish to update by checking the box for "Select All" or the sub-options of "Your Profile Address", "Checking", "Saving" or additional bank accounts you may have.

Enter your new address in the designated sections, paying special attention to numbers and spelling. Scroll down the page and click "Update".
