American Greetings offers one of the largest selections of cards. However, not all of the cards are free. Only a small selection under each category is available without paying the membership fee. 123printcards.com offers a larger selection of free options available to customize and print. If you prefer photo cards, the HP Creative Studio helps you to create greeting cards using your own photos for further personalization.

Choose the printable card that fits the occasion and your feelings. Printable cards are fully customizable and can be changed to fit your needs. American Greetings allows you to add additional clip art to your card. This clip art must be from their library, however. 123printcards.com offers different versions of the same card. Choose from a simple card with only a short greeting inside, a letter card with a longer greeting, or an "I have a lot to say" card allowing for even more text. The HP Creative Studio cards are either e-cards or print cards. The cards are animated and therefore look better as an e-card than a printed card.
