How to Learn Core Java Online
Java, a versatile computer programming language, can be used to run or write Java programs and applets (applets can be thought of as plug-ins for programs). Development with Java's API's (Application Programming Interface) can be difficult to understand for users that have little experience with the language. But by learning the basics -- or core -- of the language, users can get a grasp of Java before moving on to more advanced uses of the language.
