Liquid garlic or garlic juice, as it is also known, can be made with regular garlic cloves. You will need several garlic cloves to obtain a usable amount of juice, and the rest of the liquid can be frozen in an ice cube tray and placed inside a storage bag in the freezer. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Garlic cloves
  • Food processor
  • Mesh strainer
  • Small bowl
  • Coffee filter

Instructions

      Peel several garlic cloves and place them in a food processor.

      Grind them up until they are creamy.

    • 3

      Remove the processed garlic and strain it through a mesh strainer into a small bowl.

    • 4

      Pour the liquid into a coffee filter. Let it drip through the filter back into the small bowl. It is now ready to use or freeze.
