Instructions

    • 1

Use a pencil to trace around a flower-shaped cookie cutter or stencil onto a piece of colorful tissue paper. Make three more flower shapes using the same color of tissue paper, or choose paper featuring four different hues for a vibrant look.

    • 2

Cut the flower shapes out of the tissue paper using craft scissors. Stack the flower shapes on top of each other.

    • 3

Insert the end of a Dum Dum lollipop through the center of the tissue-paper flowers. Push the flowers to the top of the lollipop stick, so the candy becomes the center of the bloom.

    • 4

Wrap a piece of green floral tape around the lollipop stick, beginning at the underside of the last tissue paper flower and working your way down. Completely cover the stick with the tape, overlapping the edges as you wrap. Wrap the stick with two layers of tape; begin wrapping up the stick once you reach the bottom and end where you started. Make one lollipop flower for each party guest.

    • 5

Place a cut-to-fit piece of florist's foam in the bottom of a clay or ceramic plant pot. Cover the top of the foam with green plastic grass or paper shreds. Press the ends of the Dum Dum flowers into the foam to create a lollipop bouquet. Display the decoration in the center of a party table.
