Final Fantasy XII is a video game that has been around since 1987. Through the years, it a grown considerably in fan base and in complexity. A high-level skill that a character within the game may use is referred to as a quickening. Quickenings require certain levels to use and specific license points to master. White Out is no different. It is an extremely high-level quickening that requires many hours of game play to accomplish.

Instructions

1. Reach a quickening level of 3.

2. Find a licensing board.

3. Select to learn the license for White Out.

Tips & Warnings

• White Out is an extremely powerful maneuver that delivers a concurrence of 215. This is not specific damage on an enemy but damage that is delivered in an area. This will allow it to inflict damage on multiple enemies.

• White Out is found under the Mist menu of your character and expends your character's Mist Energy each time it is used.
