How to Convert a VCD Movie to a DVD Movie Disk

A video CD (or VCD) is a type of movie disc that works in some, but not all DVD players. If the VCD you have doesn't work on a particular DVD player, you can solve the issue by "ripping" the video off of the VCD with a free VCD ripping program, and then burning the video to a DVD that will work using the native program Windows Movie Maker.
