How to make Campbell's Chicken Rice

Campbell's Kitchen is constantly coming up with new ways to use their products to make simple dinners for working moms and dads to make. Campbell's One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake creates a complete meal, perfect for a weekday, that takes only about an hour to make.

Things You'll Need

  • 2-qt. baking dish
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 to 6 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • Aluminum foil
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

  • Combine in the baking dish one can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup water, ¾ cup long-grain rice, ¼ tsp. each paprika and pepper.

  • Set boneless skinless chicken breast halves on top of the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper and paprika on top of the chicken.

  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Set the pan in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until the chicken's juices run clear and the rice is soft.
