Instructions

    • 1

Boil two cups of water in a small saucepan. Place a large, fresh peach in the pan and bring the water down to a simmer. Cook the peach until its flesh is soft when pierced with a fork. Take the peach out of the water and allow it to thoroughly cool.

    • 2

Peel the peach skin and add the flesh to a medium bowl. Discard the stone. Use a spoon or fork to mash the peach flesh into a paste. You can substitute mashed banana for the peach if you desire.

    • 3

Add a tbsp. of honey to the mashed peach and mix the ingredients together thoroughly; the honey will work to hydrate dry facial skin.

    • 4

Slowly add dry oatmeal to the mixture to thicken the mask; the oatmeal will also serve as a skin exfoliator. Incorporate enough oatmeal to create a smooth, spreadable mask.

    • 5

Apply the mask to your face and allow it to dry for up to 15 minutes. Place fresh kiwi or apple slices on your eyes after applying the mask to cool the area and reduce puffiness. Rinse the mask off of your face with cool water.
