How to Add a Header to SmugMug
SmugMug is a professional photo-sharing site that photographers use to share photos and send proofs to their clients before purchase. With its powerful customization features, photographers can use the SmugMug interface as their compete online storefront creating custom text, color schemes, favicon and even headers. Personalization to this extent is only offered to SmugMug Power users.

Log in to your SmugMug account and make sure you have a Power or Pro user account. This information is located under the "Settings" tab in your control panel. If you have a "Basic" account, you can upgrade using the "Upgrade" link on the same page.

Click the "Tools" drop-down menu and select the "Easy Customizer" option.

Click "Header" from the list of options on the right window pane.

Choose whether you want a text header or custom banner image as your SmugMug header. Enter the text you wish to use for your header and save your settings. If you choose to use a custom banner image, the size of your banner should be 740 by 140. Select the custom banner image option and upload your image using the "Upload" option. Save your settings when you are finished.

Confirm your selection on your personal SmugMug page by navigating to your personal page.
