How to Make Your Own Defroster for Mirror Glass

Keep your mirrors clear with a defrosting technique.

When you get out of the shower, it is impossible to inspect your face in the mirror, more often than not, due to the fog covering your mirror. You can always wipe it off, but this usually leaves lint and streaks behind. However, you can eliminate this problem by making a defroster to spray on the mirror and prevent it from fogging up all together.

Things You'll Need

• White vinegar
• Water
• Spray water
• Rag

Instructions

1. Open your spray bottle and pour in three parts white vinegar to one part water. Close the spray bottle lid, tightly.

2. Shake the bottle for a few seconds, until the vinegar and water mix completely. Wipe off the mirror glass you will be treating, to prevent fog.

3. Spray the vinegar water mix onto the mirror glass, so it is completely wet. Wipe up any excess liquid, so it will not drip off onto other things. Repeat this every day, to prevent fogging.
