Since so many variations of witches exist, the possibilities of what type of witch you will be are endless; you can be a sexy witch or a cruel, evil witch. Instructions

    • 1

Seal the latex prosthetics with the castor sealer using a sponge and a dabbing motion, avoiding the edges that will attach to the skin. Since there is normally a chemical reaction between the prosthetic and foundation, the sealer will keep the color the same as it appears on the skin.

    • 2

Sponge on the green foundation onto the prosthetic, using a dabbing motion, making sure the color is uniform.

    • 3

Brush on a dark green shadow into the creases and indentations of the prosthetic. Add yellow onto the larger protruding areas and blend the green into the yellow using an eyeshadow brush.

    • 4

Align the edges of the nose prosthetic onto the skin and trace around it using the white eyeliner pencil so that an outline stays on the face. Do the same thing with the chin prosthetic.

    • 5

Brush on the spirit gum inside the edges of the prosthetic so that the prosthetic sticks properly. Carefully unroll the edges of the prosthetic and lay the edges onto the outlines you traced earlier.

    • 6

Spill some liquid latex onto your plate and use a new non-latex sponge to dab and stipple the liquid latex around the edges of your prosthetics. This helps the prosthetic to strongly adhere and secure itself to the skin while disguising the edges of the prosthetic.

    • 7

Pat the castor sealer onto the dried liquid latex, using a dabbing motion. This will regulate the color of the foundation and make it even for later. Allow it to dry.

    • 8

Swirl the sponge into the sallow green makeup and pat the makeup onto the skin in long strokes to get the color on large areas. Go over the castor sealer with the green makeup. Cover the eyes and neck.

    • 9

Add wrinkles around the forehead, the eyes and the mouth using a dark green and dark brown eyeliner, interchangeably. Create lines with the dark green and outline one side of each line with the brown to create strong contrast with the skin.

    • 10

Use black eyeliner to darken eyebrows and make them appear angry and menacing. Smudge the liner using a smudge brush. Line the eyes with black eyeliner and smudge with the smudge brush.

    • 11

Use translucent powder to set the entire makeup using a large powder brush. Start at the hairline and work your way inward, into the middle of the face, then brush out, to brush off any excess.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the spirit gum is not sticky enough, let it air for a minute or two before sticking it on; the oxygen makes the spirit gum tackier on the prosthetic and keeps it on.

  • Use the acetone to remove the spirit gum from your fingers during the application process and to keep your fingers from sticking to the face.

  • The better your liquid latex job during the disguising and stippling process (Step 6), the better the entire makeup job will look in the end.
