How to Calculate the Length of a Camper for a Campground
Calculate your camper length to avoid surprises on your next camping trip. The difference of a few feet may affect the campsite you can obtain. In particular, the official manufacturer length may not include additional spare tires, bike racks or other extensions such as a trailer tongue. Enlist a helper to accurately measure your motor home, fifth wheel or travel trailer.
