How to Make a Homemade Plan for Exercise Equipment
It can be difficult to stay in shape if you don't have a gym membership or you are busy working at home. Even if you do have time to go outside for exercise, the weather does not always cooperate. If you would like to exercise at home, it is possible to set up your own exercise equipment, allowing you to keep fit during your work breaks.

Place an exercise mat or rug in a corner of your apartment that you intend to use for exercise. Make sure to remove any clutter from the area and give yourself enough room to do your exercises comfortably.

Fill two water jugs with tap water and screw the tops back on. Use these two weights for arm curls.

Fill two water jugs with tap water. Screw the tops back onto the two jugs. Slide a broomstick through the handles and secure the jugs, one on each end of the stick, with duct tape. Wrap the duct tape around the handles and the broom stick until they are secure. Add more jugs to the broomstick as needed to increase the weight.

You can add a skipping rope to your exercise equipment to work on your cardiovascular exercises.
