How to Make the Halo for an Angel Costume
In Charles Tazewell's classic story "The Littlest Angel," the angle's halo was alway slipping off his head. It was tarnished where his little hand held it in place as he ran. Attach your angel's halo to a head band to hold it securely in place over her head. Gold or silver tinsel will make the halo sparkle under bright lights. Does this Spark an idea?
