How to Cook Chicken Breast on the George Foreman Grill

Things You'll Need
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
- Seasonings to taste
- Large bowl
- Four boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Plastic wrap

Create a chicken breast marinade by combining 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon or lime juice and seasonings, such as minced garlic or ginger, salt and pepper, paprika, fresh chopped basil or cilantro or dried thyme, to taste. Mix the marinade together in a large bowl.

Add four halves of boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the bowl and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Place a piece of plastic wrap over the bowl and store the chicken in a refrigerator for up to four hours.

Set the George Foreman grill to medium to preheat it. Keep the grill's lid closed.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it on the preheated grill. Discard the marinade. Cook the meat for six minutes, or until no pink remains and it has an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
