Almost any all-purpose cleaner will do. The only products to avoid using on Hi-Macs countertops are granular or "scrubbing" cleaners. Moisten a cloth with water and wring it out.

Apply a quarter-sized amount of the cleaner to your cloth or spray it directly onto the Hi-Macs countertop.

Clean the Hi-Macs countertop by scrubbing in large circles.

Wipe the countertop down with a fresh rag moistened with warm water.

Scrub stains on a Hi-Macs countertop with a rag moistened with undiluted household bleach first. Then follow the above steps to clean the bleach residue away. Do not allow the bleach to remain on the surface for more than five minutes.
Scrub away cigarette stains and other burns with a scrubbing sponge.
Only use all-purpose cleaners or cleaners designed for use in kitchens and bathrooms on your Hi-Macs countertop. Highly-acidic cleaners, such as some drain and toilet cleaners, can stain Hi-Macs countertop surfaces.
Do not take pots or pans from the oven or burner and place them directly onto a Hi-Macs countertop. Temperatures above 225 degrees Fahrenheit will cause the material to yellow.
