How to Mix a Caramel Appletini

You can have the taste of a caramel apple without the hardness or messiness.

With a caramel appletini, you do not have to wait until autumn to get your caramel apple fix. Because of the drink's fruitiness and creaminess, the caramel appletini is usually offered as a dessert cocktail, though the drink can be enjoyed from a happy hour to a nightcap. Since the drink has only two liquid ingredients, it is also a good cocktail for the novice bartender.

Things You'll Need

• Martini glass
• Shaker tin with lid
• Ice
• Soda water
• Strainer
• 1 oz. Irish cream
• 1/2 oz. apple-flavored vodka
• Apple slice or cherry

Instructions

1. Fill the martini glass with a handful of ice and soda water to chill the glass.

2. Fill the shaker tin with a handful of ice. Pour in the Irish cream and vodka.

3. Cover the shaker tin and shake for about 10 seconds. Remove the contents from the glass.

4. Strain the contents of the shaker tin into the martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice or red cherry.
