      Put on the tiara. Wrap the end of the tape measure around one side of the tiara, where the top of the veil will start. Measure down how far the veil will hang, either in front or back. Write down the length. Measure from one side of the tiara to the other and write down the width.

      Measure a piece of tulle that matches the dimensions written down. Cut it out.
