How to Package Plastic Bottles
A damaged package can cause a huge upset for both the sender and the receiver of a package. Although plastic bottles are sturdier than glass, ensuring your plastic bottles are correctly and securely packed can prevent damage. Find a box that can securely house your plastic bottles. Line the bottom of your box with styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap or wadded up newspaper.

Place a piece of bubble wrap or other wrapping material on a flat and sturdy surface. Place the plastic bottle near the edge of the bubble wrap and wrap it around the plastic bottle. The bubble wrap should be large enough to wrap around the entire plastic bottle.
