Combine 2 tbsp. of vinegar with 2 quarts of warm water in a spray bottle. Shake to combine water and vinegar.

Open the casement windows and vacuum up any loose dirt and debris from around the windows.

Spray the cloth with the mixture until damp and wipe down the glass to remove any smudges or streaks. Dry the windows immediately with a clean lint free cloth. Clean both sides of the casement windows in this manner.
