The Weider Pro 4900 weight system is an exercise machine with weight stations designed to work every major muscle group of the body. The machine tones the body, builds muscle size, strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular endurance. There are four stages to the machine's assembly: the frame assembly, arm assembly, cable assembly and seat assembly. The weight plates are put on during the frame assembly stage after the front and rear weight guides have been constructed.

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Rubber mallet
  • Grease or petroleum jelly

Instructions

    • 1

      Slide two weight bumpers onto the front weight guide.

      Position and slide the 10 weight plates onto the weight guides with the pin holes on the indicated side.

      Press a weight tube bumper into the long weight tube and insert into the stack of weights, making sure the pin on the weight tube is situated in the groove on the top weight.

      Grease the holes in the smaller top weight plate. Slide the top weight plate onto the front weight guides.

      Repeat these steps with the rear weight guide and eight weight plates.

Tips & Warnings

  • If possible, use the grease from the grease packet provided. Petroleum jelly works as a substitute.
