How to Make Coffee With a Mr. Coffee

Since 1972, Mr. Coffee has produced automatic drip coffee makers. These products allow consumers to make coffee easily at home. As of December 2010, the company sells 47 different models of home coffee makers. The smallest of these coffee makers makes one cup at a time, while the largest makes 12 cups. Tips & Warnings

  • Be aware that in the guidelines for coffee amounts, Mr. Coffee measures a cup of coffee as having 5 oz.

  • Because a cup actually contains 8 oz., you might find that the company's suggestion to use 3/4 tbsp. for each cup of coffee produces weak coffee. If this is the case, use .5 tbsp. of ground coffee for each cup of coffee.
