How to Solve Missing Item Games
Missing item games, more commonly known as hidden object games, have become a popular genre in computer games. Players must search for and find specific objects that are hidden on the screen. There are many hidden object games that can be downloaded or played online. Some websites let you play a free trial before purchasing an entire game. There are usually four ways players are provided with the objects they must find. They are lists, shadows, riddles or pieces.

Start the game and wait for the first level to begin. A list of objects by name will appear on the screen. All of the items are hidden within the scene.

Look at the scene and try to spot any objects that seem to pop out to you. Click on the object; chances are high it is one you need to find. You can often clear many objects on the list without even looking at the list. Just glance at the scene and some objects will appear different to the eye. It is caused by how the games are made. It is a glitch, but a helpful one.

Look at the list for any remaining items. Look all around the scene, clicking on the items as you find them. Sometimes it helps to keep a few items in mind and look for them all at once.

Look at the shadow of an object and try to guess what it might be. Keep in your mind the shape of the shadow. Look at the scene until you find an object with the exact shape as the shadow. If you guessed what the object is, then finding it will be much easier.
