An expectant mother can expect to receive at least one bundle of baby diapers for her shower, so why not give diapers back to the guests as party favors? Make small felt baby diapers to hold treats or other party favors for baby shower invitees. The diapers build on the baby shower theme and you can make them in blue or pink if the mother knows the sex of her child.

Step 1

Cut your felt with scissors into a square with 10-inch sides, then cut the square across the diagonal to make two triangles.

Step 2

Orient one of the triangles so that the longest side is on the top.

Step 3

Fold the bottom, or center, corner up until it is about 1 inch below the top edge of the triangle.

Step 4

Fold the side corners in toward the center until they each overlap the middle corner by about 1 inch.

Step 5

Fasten the diapers with a safety pin. Make sure you get the pin through all three of the corners you folded to the center. Fill your felt diapers with treats or party favors or make them into name tags.
