Sailor Hat Instructions
Sailor hats have been a part of a sailor's uniform since the 1700s, when the outfit was first developed. The hat at that time was a simple crowned hat, according to the website of the United States Navy. Times and styles have changed, transforming into the iconic hat we all know today. You can make your own simple version of the sailor hat with your children and a few household supplies.
