How to Download Music From YouTube to Yahoo Music Jukebox

Yahoo! Music Jukebox is a program that allows you to manage and play the music on your computer. If you find a song you like on a YouTube video, and you want to listen to that song on Yahoo! Jukebox, you'll need to first capture and convert the YouTube video into the MP3 format. A few free tools online let you do this.

Instructions

1. Download and install YouTube Downloader (see Resources). Copy the web address from the YouTube video into the text box in the program. Click "Download" to download in FLV and then use the "Convert" option to convert the video to MP3 format.

2. Navigate to the Convert Files site (see Resources). Select "Or Download It From" and enter the YouTube address in the text box there. Select "MP3" as your output format and use the "Convert" button to create a download link for your music.

3. Open your browser and navigate to Zamzar (see Resources). Select the "Download Videos" tab. Paste the YouTube video address into the first text box on the left. Select "MP3" from the drop-down menu. Enter your email address in the text box on the right. Click "Convert" to send the MP3 to your email address.

Tips & Warnings

• Click the "My Music" section of Yahoo! Jukebox to locate the music you downloaded from YouTube.
