Gold's Gym Mini Stepper Assembly Instructions
Mini-steppers are often small and portable, and can save you the cost of their larger counterparts. The step-climbing action works your lower body, and provides cardiovascular exercise. When using the Gold's Gym Mini Stepper, it is important to remember that it is a part of your workout routine, and you should prepare for using it as you would other exercises. Before using the stepper, check your equipment. Use the machine at your fitness level, don't try to overdo it, and always prepare your body prior to exercising with all-over stretching.
