Whether you've received a moped frame or you've taken apart your moped, you will need to assemble the handlebars and wheels back onto the frame of your bike. The wheels and handlebars are parts that are often modified, and it's good to know how to replace both parts. Fortunately, this process requires only a few tools and about 30 minutes of your time, depending on your moped.

      Slide your handlebars into the open socket in the middle of the front moped shock absorbers. Place the handlebars so they are centered to the middle of the bike.

      Tighten the bolt securing the handlebars to the bike. This bolt is located in the middle of the shock absorbers, usually in the center of the moped.

      Take the wheel and slide it into the front forks of the moped. There is usually a track for the wheel to slide on to lock into the forks. Do the same procedure for the back wheel.

      Tighten the long axle bolt located in the middle of both the front and back wheels to secure the wheels to the moped frame. Place the adjustable wrench on one side of the bolt and the socket wrench on the other. Tighten the nut and bolt on both of the wheels.

      Assemble the brake cables on the front and back wheels. Your moped is now assembled.
