How to Get to the Lowrider Meeting in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas"
In "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," players control the gangster, CJ, as he works to reunite what is left of his broken family. Soon after arriving in San Andreas, CJ's brother asks him to follow his sister, Kendl, on her date at the nearby lowrider meeting. Once CJ obtains a car that can compete at the meeting, he must drive to the train station in the suburb of El Corona. The meeting is held behind a large wall, making it difficult to see from the road.

Follow the arrow on your compass to drive to the Willowfield garage. Get into the lowrider in the garage.

Leave the garage and follow the compass to the marked area. This area is the Unity Station in El Corona.

Continue driving past the tall wall once you have reached the location designated on your map. Drive into the parking lot through the gap in the wall. Park in the red marker to join the lowrider meeting.

These races are the ones you just have to get good at. You can't use your own cars and you can't do anything else without editing the speed of the care you're in or using a trainer to boost your speed. Thats cheating though.
