Things You'll Need

• Plain solid white or black jersey
• Wax paper
• Soccer ball stencil
• Craft paint
• Small craft paint brushes
• Soccer themed charms or pins

Instructions

1. Buy a plain solid colored white or black soccer jersey, without any design or printing. Find these at most sporting supply stores.

2. Place wax paper inside the jersey and lay it on a flat surface. Use a soccer ball stencil to layout a random design on the fabric.

3. Use the opposite color of craft paint, either white or black, to fill in the design of the soccer ball. If you want a really funky soccer jersey design, decorate it with a nontraditional color such as a bright neon hue.

4. Allow one side dry thoroughly before turning it over and readjusting the wax paper. Use the soccer ball stencil to create a design on the other side and allow it to dry.

5. Attach themed pins and charms, such as balls or cleats, when decorating a funky soccer jersey. For a soccer fan's gift, put ones that dispay their favorite team's logo.
