How to Make Paper Tissue Flowers for a Baby Shower
Decorating for a baby shower gives you the ability to get creative with the materials you use. For example, paper tissues serve as useful materials for creating light and fluffy flower blossoms to adorn a table border or other parts of the baby shower environment. Knowing how to make paper tissue flowers isn't difficult and doesn't take much time to complete.
Instructions

-
1
Select a two-ply sheet of paper tissue. Lay it horizontally in front of you.
-
2
Fold inward from the bottom by 1/2 inch. Flip the tissue over and fold the same edge inward by another 1/2 inch.
-
-
3
Repeat Step 2 with the entire tissue until it resembles a sort of Japanese handheld fan or an accordion-type shape.
-
4
Fold the accordion-folded tissue in half lengthwise with the edges of the folded tissue facing upward.
-
5
Secure the fold by tying a wire bread tie around the loop shape that is facing downward. Twist the tie securely. This creates a sort of frilly-ended blossom with a knotted backside.
-
6
Peel apart the two-ply tissues as you fan out the blossom ruffles. This gives the flower a full-bodied rose appearance.
