How to Find the Contact Information for a Business
The address, phone number and email address for any business can usually be found on their commercial website. The home page customarily contains a link to the corporate headquarters' address, customer service phone number and other contact information. If the company does not have a website of its own, you may be able to locate the contact information through the Better Business Bureau's website.

Locate by Search Engine

Open a Web browser and go to the search engine of your choice, such as Google, Yahoo! or Bing.

Type the name of the business you want to locate into the text field of your search engine. Press the "Enter" key.

Choose what appears to be the official company website from the list of search results, and click the link.

Locate the link to the contact information on the company's home page. This link is usually at the bottom of the page and is titled "Contact Us." Click the link to view the information.

Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, listed in Resources. Click the "USA Site" link.

Click the "For Consumers" link, located at the top of the U.S. home page. On the next page, click the link to "BBB Accredited Business and Charity Directory."

Select the "Business/Charity Name" tab. Type the name of the business you are searching for in the appropriate field. Type in the city and select the state, or type in the zip code where the business is located. Click the "Search" button.

Locate the business you wish to contact in the search results. Click to view additional information.

Tips & Warnings
In the BBB directory search window, uncheck the box next to "Limit my results to BBB Accredited Businesses" if you believe the business is not accredited by the BBB.
