How to Calculate My Middle Life Number
A middle life number, also referred to as a bridge number, is a numerological calculation that explains what will influence you in your middle life. For example, those with a middle life number of "1" will enjoy a productive adult life and will most likely be involved in a successful entrepreneurial endeavor. While someone with a middle life number of "6" may feel unfulfilled and find your life is full of personal sacrifices for the benefit of others with no personal rewards.

1
Take the day and month of your birth and reduce them to a single digit. For instance, if you are born April 14, 1980, reduce the month of April to 4 add that to the numbers 1 and 4 to represent the day, and the numbers 1 + 9 + 8 + 0 to represent the year.
Ex. 4 + (1 + 4) + (1 + 9 + 8 + 0) = 27
-
2
Reduce the total Life Path Number to a single digit.
Ex. 2 + 7 = 9
The Life Path in this example is 9. If your reduction results in two digits, reduce the number again until it is one digit as in the example.

3
Add 28 years to the total Life Path number. This represents the year that you will enter into your next phase of life.
Ex. 9 + 28 = 37
-
4
Figure out which year you will turn 57. If you will turn 57 in 2032, add each number of this year together.
Ex. 2 + 0 + 3 + 2 = 7
-
5
Add your total Life Path digit to the digit calculated in step 4. That is your Middle Life Cycle number.
Ex. 9 + 7 = 16
Reduce 16 to a single digit: 1+6=7
In this example, the Middle Life Cycle Number is 7.
