Load your vehicle with the aluminum and drive it to Poulsbo Recycling Center. There is no fee for recycling aluminum, cans or otherwise. As of 2010 the recycling center was located at: 21868 NW Viking Way, Poulsbo, Washington
Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Check website for holiday closures.

Call for curbside pickup. Kitsap County will supply a 32-gallon bin and pick up your aluminum on a biweekly basis. As of 2010 the county charged $2.29 per month for this service.

Check with your neighbors, as it may be worth it to combine aluminum cans and make one trip to the recycling plant or combine cans into the same bin for biweekly curb-side pick up.

Tips & Warnings
Rinse your cans out thoroughly before placing them in the recycling bin, as this will prevent odors and ultimately flies from gathering.
