How to Keep Sliced Fruit Fresh
Fruit should be an essential part of your daily diet. Fruits contain essential nutrients such as vitamin C, potassium, fiber and folate that are vital for maintaining your overall health and can also reduce the risk of some chronic diseases. The downside to fruit is that after it's sliced, it will quickly begin to lose its freshness and turn brown as a result of being exposed to oxygen. Keep sliced fruit fresh to preserve its color.
