  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • Blender with a puree setting
  • Pitcher
  • Long-handled spoon

      Combine tofu and water in the blender and blend on the puree setting until smooth.

      Pour the milk mixture into the pitcher.

      Add maple syrup to taste and stir with the long-handled spoon.
