Before you use your Air Miles for flights, you need to collect them. Obtain an Air Miles card and collector number by applying via the LoyaltyOne Air Miles website or asking for a hard copy application at any participating Canadian retailer. Show your Air Miles card when shopping at participating retailers to collect points. You also are awarded Air Miles whenever you use a BMO Air Miles credit card.

Redeeming Air Miles Online
Log on to the Air Miles website using your collector number and PIN. Click the Redeem Miles button to open a drop-down menu. Within that menu, click on the Dream Rewards tab to bring up the correct page for redeeming miles.
Fill in the requested travel information under Flight Search on the right side of the page, including date, departure location, destination and number of people traveling. Alternatively, on the left side of the Dream Rewards page, click the images below the words Travel Specials to locate discounted flights.
Click the Find Flights button to bring up a display of available flights and the minimum cost in miles for those flights. You will be give the options of modifying your search or continuing to flight results to buy your flight.
Buy the selected flight using your Air Miles. As Air Miles only cover the cost of the flight itself, you must supply a valid credit card number to pay for fees and taxes.
Redeeming Air Miles by Telephone
Visit the Contact Us page of the LoyaltyOne Air Miles website to locate the phone number and hours of operation of the Air Miles customer care center.
Use the toll free number to call the customer service center from within the United States and Canada. If you are outside these countries, you must call the Toronto phone number, which is not toll free.
Supply the customer service agent with your Air Miles collector number, your personal information and your travel information. After the agent has located a flight for you, use your Air Miles to pay for the flight and a credit card to pay for taxes and fees.
