Instructions

    • 1

Purchase bear and non-bear animal shells from an online retailer. Some bear stuffing kits can be purchased form box store retailers such as Walmart and even Borders. Buy premade bear and animal clothes from the retailer. Order little sunglasses and hats that can decorate a teddy bear.

Obtain poly-fiber filling from a local craft or fabric store. Bags of poly-fiber filling are sold to stuff homemade animals and blankets. For a natural alternative to poly-fiber filling, purchase bags of cotton wool or ask party guests to bring old, clean pantyhose. Pick up ribbons, bead and costume jewelry to decorate teddy bears and other animals.

    • 3

Pour stuffing into a large box. Decorate the box with a sign that reads "Stuffing Station." Set the box on a table where guests can stand or sit to stuff their animal shells.

    • 4

Set up two additional tables. Place animal shells on one table so that party guests can all choose their bear or other animal quickly without too much fuss. Establish a decorating station on the other table. Set jewels, clothes, sunglasses and other sundry decorations across the center of the table. Encourage guests to sit on either side of the decorations and decorate away. Guest will have fun using their imaginations to create a unique bear or animal to take home.
