How to Remove Wrinkles on Upper Arms
Age and gravity can be unkind to the upper arms. Over the years, the skin around the upper arms begins to sag and wrinkle and can wreck havoc on a person's confidence. Luckily, you do not have to throw out all of your tank tops and sleeveless blouses. You just need to learn how to care for your arms. While the aging process is irreversible and inevitable, there are steps that you can take to fight upper arm wrinkles.

Hold one free weight in each hand and stand with your legs shoulder width apart.

Bend your knees slightly and lean your upper body forward so that you can look comfortably at the ground. Be sure to keep your back straight when you bend forward.

Straighten your arms behind you so that they run parallel to your upper body. You should feel your triceps muscles working as you stretch them backward.

Hold your arms in this position for three seconds. After three seconds, bend your elbows so that your arms relax.

Repeat this exercise 12 times and then take a rest. Add more repetitions or add another set of 12 as your body strength increases.

Rub a thick, moisturizing lotion on your upper arms after you shower. The lotion should contain Vitamin A and retinol.

Rub sunscreen onto your arms every time you go outside.

Repeat these steps and exercises every day for six weeks. After six weeks, you should notice an improvement in your upper arms.

Tips & Warnings
Gradually increase your arm kickback repetitions as your body becomes accustomed to the exercise. Add additional sets if desired.
Stop exercising if anything is painful or uncomfortable.
