    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    • Cooking spray
    • Cake cooling rack
    • Wooden spoon or kitchen tongs
      • 1

Spray the inside of the bread maker kneading bucket and the mixing paddle with cooking spray before adding the ingredients.

      • 2

Lift out the loaf pan from the bread maker at the end of the cooking cycle. An alarm will sound on your bread maker.

      • 3

Place the pan with the bread in it onto a cake cooling rack to 10 minutes to soften the crust and make removal easier.

      • 4

Hold the sides of the loaf pan with pot holders and flip it upside down over the cooling rack. Gently shake it to dislodge the loaf.

      • 5

Insert the handle of a wooden spoon or a pair of kitchen tongs into the hole at the base of the upside-down loaf and remove the kneading paddle from the bread.

      • 6

Cool the bread for at least 20 minutes or until it is at room temperature before slicing with a serrated bread knife. Cutting a warm loaf of bread will result in tearing the loaf and having uneven slices.
