Instructions

  1. Start with a Split Bottom Mount

    • 1

      Throw the yo-yo forward for an underpass. The underpass involves pressing against the forward string with an index finger and moving the finger out and then under the yo-yo, making a circular motion.

      Drop your yo-yo hand.

    • 3

      Wrap the string over the index finger of your free hand.

    Perform an Underpass With Your Non-Throw Hand

      Press the index finger of your yo-yo hand against the first string.

      Pull the string toward you.

      Thread the string under the yo-yo.

    • 7

      Wrap the string in the yo-yo groove with your yo-yo hand by dropping down and pushing forward.

    Perform Three Somersaults and Dismount

      Pull backward on the two strings nearest you.

      Swing the yo-yo up and over your hands, in a circular motion, repeating 3 times.

      Drop your yo-yo hand, pulling the string down, and pull your finger out.

    • 11

      Swing the yo-yo up and over with your free hand, flinging it forward for a dismount.

    • 12

      Give the yo-yo a tug so it will return to your hand.
