How to Put Pictures on an MP4 Player
The MP4 format, designed by the Moving Pictures Expert Group, is used in portable video players due to its compressed size and quality. Many MP4 players also feature the ability to display digital photos as well as videos. Use a USB cable to connect your computer and the hard drive of the MP4 player.

Plug one end of the USB cable into the port on your MP4 player.

Plug the opposite end of the cable into one of the open USB ports on the computer.

Click the "Start" button and click "Computer" in the menu that appears. Double-click the MP4 player entry in the window to access the player's hard drive. Double-click the "Photos" or "Pictures" folder.

Open the folder that stores your digital pictures and drag the pictures into the "Photos" folder for your MP4 player.
