How to Donate Clothing to Purple Heart thumbnail
Clothing donations help support programs and services for veterans.

Your clothing donation can make a world of difference to the men and women who served in the military. The Purple Heart Service Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides support through programs and services to any wounded, disabled or handicapped veteran. This includes his or her widow, orphans and survivors. Any one can show their support through cash, car and clothes donations. Your clothing donations are sold to various thrift stores and the proceeds go to support veteran programs.

Tips & Warnings

  • Once you schedule a pick-up, ask your neighbors to donate some of their clothes, too. All clothing donations are tax-deductible so the driver will leave a receipt for your clothing donation.
