How to Cure the Psyduck Headaches in "Pokemon Pearl"
"Pokemon Pearl" is a Nintendo DS game in which, as in other Pokemon games, the player is a Pokemon trainer traveling through a fictional world, trying to take down an organization while training and battling Pokemon. In "Pearl" there is a group of Psyduck -- a yellow duck-like Pokemon that usually has its hands on its head due to a chronic headache, which releases psychic powers when it becomes too bad -- that blocks Route 210. You must obtain a SecretPotion in order to cure the headache and proceed.

Get on to Route 213 and head east. You will eventually be on a beach. Walk along the beach, past trainers and the waterside resort.

Pass the two houses on the right and the resort's restaurant until you come across a Galactic Grunt.

Battle the Galactic Grunt and defeat his Pokemon, a 25th-level Glameow.

Go north. You will soon come across a blonde girl named Cynthia.

Answer "Yes" to Cynthia's question; she will give you a SecretPotion that curse the Psyducks' headaches.

Teleport to Solaceon Town.

Head north until you reach the Psyducks blocking Route 210, outside of Solaceon Town.

Use the SecretPotion on the Psyducks. They will move away from the path, allowing you to travel north.

Tips & Warnings
Battle the five couples in the resort's restaurant on the beach for extra money and battling experience.
When walking along the beach, smash the rock on the strip of sand between the rocks and ocean with Rock Smash to access TM40, which will teach your Pokemon the Aerial Ace move.
Talk to the lone person in the first building on your left on the beach and the person will give you TM92.
