How to Make a Peace Sign on FB

When browsing Facebook, you may notice that your friends are commenting on your page or your friends' pages using funny or unique symbols, such as hearts, musical notes and stars. Since keyboards lack these symbols, you might be wondering how they did it. You certainly don't have to be a computer genius. Creating a peace sign icon on Facebook requires only the simplest of keyboard functions: copying and pasting.

Instructions

1. Visit the Facebook-symbols website at facebook-symbols.com.

2. Scroll down to the "Symbols" section. The very first icon is a peace symbol. Highlight the peace symbol with your mouse or keypad. Right-click on it and select "Copy."

3. Navigate to your Facebook page. Right-click and select "Paste" where you would like the peace symbol icon to go -- either in your status, on your wall or on your friend's wall. Click the "Share" button to post it.
