How to Transfer Third Party Apps to an iPhone From a PC

The iPhone allows you to download the applications directly from your iPhone with a cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. It is also possible to download the applications from iTunes and transfer the applications to your iPhone during the sync process.

Attach the data cable to the bottom of your iPhone and connect the other end of the data cable to a USB port on your computer.

Open the iTunes application

Select your iPhone from the iTunes list of "Devices."

Click the "Apps" tab located at the top of iTunes.

Select the applications you want to transfer to your iPhone by placing a checkmark in the box located to the left of the application's name. Only the applications with a checkmark will transfer to your iPhone.

Click the "Sync" button.

Wait while the applications transfer to your iPhone. At the conclusion of the transfer, iTunes will alert you that it is safe to remove your iPhone from the data cable.
