  • 1/2 cup coarse baker's sugar

      Hold the can of nonstick cooking spray about 5 inches from the inside of the baking pan.

      Release a fine mist of nonstick cooking spray into the pan by pressing the nozzle firmly. Coat the entire inside of the pan, including the sides.

      Grab a handful of the coarse baking sugar and scatter it liberally throughout the pan, rotating the pan as you do so. This dusting technique allows you to coat the entire inside of the pan.
