      Gather however many potatoes you'd like to prepare and stab them all with a fork multiple times. You can use one potato or however many fit into your slow cooker.

      Wrap each potato in aluminum foil. Set the potatoes inside the slow cooker.

      Place the lid on the cooker and turn it on to the High setting.

      Allow the potatoes to cook anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and quantity of potatoes used. To test, poke a potato with a toothpick to see if it goes in easily: When it does, the potatoes are done.
