How to Cancel a PayPal Transaction
If you have sent money via PayPal, and you realize you did not mean to do it, or you have changed your mind about it, you'll want to cancel the transaction. PayPal is an international online money payment service that allows you to transfer money to other people via their email address. PayPal is commonly used for eBay and other online transactions. To cancel a payment, you must log in to your account.

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click "History."

Locate the payment that you wish to cancel.

Click the "Action" drop-down menu and select "Cancel."
